I have been using my Apple iPhone for a couple months now and it is a great gadget, even though I have not even did any modifications such as using the JailBreakMe application. Clearly the iPhone has alot of computing power yet it is severely crippled but for me, it is such an upgrade of bounds and leaps from a Nextel i830 phone that did not even have a camera that I am mostly satisfied with the stock iPhone. However, evidently there is a host of 3rd party applications one can do to unlock or tap the potential power of the iPhone. At the moment of this writing, I do not know if there is anyway capable using the iPhone to make voice calls to other telephone numbers with its wi-fi capability but that certainly would be suite.
