Feeling stagnant and dull, I need a change in career

In my company, my role/position/title is of Account Manager, however, I am just what you call a glorified Customer Service Representative handling almost all operaitonal aspects for my company in a particular geographic region. The job used to excite me because I was able to travel and not be in an office setting all day long. Meeting new people, helping them resolve their issues and helping with their customers used to be challenging and made me feel rewarding. Now, it is just annoying as I answer and send emails consistently all day (no thanks to the corporate Blackberry) or am tied to my phone all day talking, explaining and teaching annopying, ignorant clients what has already been agreed with them.
